From piping and structural analysis to CFD, electrical layouts, and energy simulations, our toolbox combines trusted engineering standards with advanced digital workflows. AutoCAD Plant3D
We use AutoCAD Plant 3D to design and model complete piping systems in 3D. It allows us to generate P&IDs, build intelligent piping layouts, and produce isometric and orthographic drawings aligned with industry standards.
Robot Structural Analysis
We use Robot Structural Analysis to verify structural integrity under static and dynamic loads. This helps us simulate the behavior of support structures under real-world conditions, especially wind and weight from solar or mechanical systems.
Inventor
We use Inventor to model mechanical components and assemblies in 3D. This software is key in creating custom parts, mechanical interfaces, and accurate BOMs for fabrication and integration.
Comsol Multiphysics
We use COMSOL Multiphysics to run advanced CFD and heat transfer simulations. It enables us to visualize complex thermal and fluid behaviors, optimize ventilation layouts, and simulate multiphysics interactions before implementation.
Ansys
We use Ansys to perform high-fidelity structural and thermal simulations. It helps us predict stress, deformation, and thermal gradients in equipment and supports under extreme or combined loads.
Pipe Flow Expert
We use Pipe Flow Expert to design and simulate pressurized piping networks. It’s a powerful tool for calculating pressure drops, sizing pumps, and validating flow conditions across complex systems.
Matlab
We use MATLAB to develop custom engineering scripts, automate data processing, and perform advanced numerical analysis. It supports optimization, control system modeling, and simulation-based decision making across all engineering domains.
CaeserII
We use Caesar II to analyze piping stress and ensure compliance with international codes. It helps us evaluate thermal expansion, loads, and flexibility in pipe systems to guarantee safety and long-term reliability.
PVSyst
We use PVsyst to simulate and optimize photovoltaic (PV) systems. It allows us to analyze shading, orientation, and energy output to ensure maximum efficiency and financial feasibility for solar power installations.
We use Navisworks to build full 3D models of complete plants for improved visualization and coordination. Whether it’s a new design or an as-built facility, this enables clash detection, walkthroughs, and better stakeholder understanding before execution.
Excel
We use Excel to develop custom, pre-built calculation sheets and project workflows tailored to each client. These tools are fully editable and allow your team to automate repetitive tasks, reduce errors, and streamline engineering and reporting processes.
Design Builder
